Riverside County Supervisor John Benoit and the local YMCA offices are collecting cell phones for seniors. The donation drive is part of the Riverside County Office on Aging's 9-1-1 Emergency Cell Phone Program. They will be delivered to senior residents who live alone or with caregivers and have difficulty reaching a stationary phone.
